About us
PhVFit is a medication and patient safety awareness initiative dedicated to improving health literacy and promoting the safe, responsible, and informed use of medicines in everyday life.
Through school programs, educational content, and interactive workshops, PhVFit works to build a culture of safety—empowering children, families, and communities to make informed decisions about medications. The initiative aims to create a ripple effect, where awareness at an individual level translates into safer households and healthier communities.
About the Founder
Arshia Bhandari, founder of PhVFit, is a business storyteller and drug safety expert with over 18 years of experience in the field of Pharmacovigilance.
Throughout her career, she has worked closely with medication safety systems and observed a critical gap—while drug safety is rigorously monitored within healthcare systems, awareness at the community level remains limited. This realization led her to take pharmacovigilance beyond clinical and regulatory environments and into everyday conversations.
She is an invited speaker on drug safety at national and international forums and has contributed to global discourse through her writings, including articles featured in the Uppsala Monitoring Centre publication, Uppsala Reports.
Arshia has conducted multiple sessions with school students, teachers, NGO groups, and parents—focusing on building early awareness around medication safety.
